Coaching draws on principles and techniques of a range of psychologically based disciplines to encourage people to develop their potential, performance and well-being.
Coaching is a co-creative process where we explore the challenges you currently face in life along with suitable solutions. Deepening the work we look at how these can be translated into specific achievable goals which we then you can work on. Our aim is to support you through the process of achieving these goals by unlocking your motivation whilst highlighting limiting beliefs and how these may sabotage you. My interventions are designed to facilitate new thinking and learning new behaviour for personal growth or professional advancement.
I have worked with clients' to address issues around stress, time management, setting up a their practice or finding a new job and finding a partner. By providing you with the tools and techniques coaching seeks to empower you to obtain your objectives.
