Professionals including counsellors and therapists who are looking to support their own clients. Those struggling with difficult and fraught relationships. This workshop provides an ideal opportunity to explore your issues holding the larger, holistic systemic stance. The first steps in seeing the larger picture with regards to you and your significant relationships. A deeper awareness and a more compassionate understanding of you and the relational systems you are embedded in. |
What to expect: :
You will not be asked to participate or do anything you are not willing or ready to do.
You may wish to bring pen and paper to make some notes.
Dress in comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water along.
You will be offered a mixture of mediations, visualisations and smaller exercises, offering everyone the opportunity to experience the systemic perspective.
If you are completely new to the work, this provides an ideal opportunity to have an taster without diving deep into your own personal issues.
Space is also provided for those who potentially wish to do an individual piece of work. Bearing witness to and possibly being of service to someone else through this work can be deeply rewarding in itself. It connects to a more compassionate stance allowing for insights in some of our own issues.
